How do I know if I have Support Coordination in my NDIS plan? | You will see “Support Coordination” or “Coordination of Supports” listed under the Capacity Building budget in your plan. If you’re unsure, we can help you check. |
What does a Support Coordinator do? | We help you understand your funding, find providers, coordinate services, complete reports, attend meetings, and support you to work towards your goals. |
Can I choose my Support Coordinator? | Yes. You have full choice and control over who you work with. If you feel someone else is a better fit, you can change at any time. |
Do you work with self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed participants? | Currently, we are not NDIS registered so we work with plan or self-managed plan types only. |
How do I get started with your service? | You can contact us directly or ask a provider to send a referral. We will then discuss your needs, check your funding, and begin setting up your supports. |
Do you charge travel? | Yes—travel is charged in line with the NDIS Price Guide. We always keep travel cost-effective and transparent. |
Do you offer remote appointments? | Yes. We can support you via phone, email, or video call—whatever works best for you. |
What areas do you service? | We provide remote support Australia-wide and local support for participants within our region. |
Can you help me prepare for my plan review? | Absolutely. We can help gather evidence, write supporting reports, and ensure you feel confident and prepared. |
Do you offer support work as well? | Yes. We offer personalised support work focused on independence, routines, daily living skills, and community participation. |
What happens if my needs change? | We adjust your supports as needed, update providers, and advocate for changes or additional funding when appropriate. |
