About Carolyn

Carolyn has worked in the disability sector for more than 13 years, beginning her career as a Support Worker. Over this time, she has gained extensive experience across a wide range of disabilities, developing a strong understanding of the diverse needs of participants and their families.

In 2020, Carolyn transitioned into Support Coordination and later established Carolyn Walker Support Coordination in 2024 as an Independent Support Coordinator. Her practice is grounded in a genuine passion for empowering people to reach their potential, build capacity, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Carolyn is committed to providing personalised, compassionate, and effective support that aligns with each person’s goals and aspirations.

On a personal note, Carolyn values time with her family and friends, enjoys travelling and learning about different cultures, and adores her much-loved fur babies.

 

About Wendy

Wendy brings more than 28 years of experience in the disability sector, beginning her journey by providing respite care to children before moving into more formal disability support roles. Over the years, she has worked with people of all ages and a wide variety of disabilities, building deep knowledge, empathy, and practical expertise.

Wendy is passionate about advocacy and is committed to ensuring that every person she works with is heard, respected, and supported in line with their goals, preferences, and individual needs. She values a collaborative approach and is dedicated to helping people navigate the NDIS with confidence.

Wendy provides Level 2 Support Coordination and Support Work.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling, socialising with friends, and staying active. She is also a devoted dog lover and prioritises her health and fitness as part of her everyday life.
